Information you provide

Sign-in uses your account email and authentication session. A document access request stores your account identifier, email, source item, intended use, receipt, review response and access dates. A stock inquiry collects the contact, company, delivery requirements and requested products you submit. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential project information.

Purposes and access

This information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce document permissions, review applications, answer inquiries and protect the service from abuse. Your request receipts are available to your own signed-in account. Authorized site administrators can review applications and inquiries to handle them.

Service providers and browser storage

The site uses Supabase for account authentication, database records and file storage. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse checks when configured. Quote confirmation emails use Resend when the email service is enabled. These providers receive information needed for their respective service. Document request updates are shown in the account receipt; notification emails are not sent automatically for those requests.

Authentication cookies maintain your sign-in session. Browser storage retains quote selections on your device. Comparison choices may also appear in the page URL. Technical request records and security counters help diagnose errors and limit abusive traffic; security identifiers may be stored as keyed hashes.

Questions and data requests

For questions about your information or to request correction or removal, contact the CellDB site operator below using the relevant account email and request receipt. These requests are handled through the operator; this website does not currently provide an automated account deletion or data export screen. Authentication, request and inquiry records remain in the service while held for their corresponding purposes and operational handling.
