Terms of use

Rules for using the catalog, requesting files and submitting procurement inquiries.

Updated 20 October 2026

Technical reference

CellDB provides catalog information as a technical reference. Source documents, extracted parameters and test results must be assessed in context. Validate current manufacturer specifications and application suitability before design decisions, safety evaluation or procurement approval. A missing field or illustration does not establish a product characteristic.

Accounts and document rights

Use your own account and keep authentication credentials private. Do not bypass access controls, share private download links, impersonate others or automate abusive requests. Manufacturer names and documents remain associated with their respective rights holders; catalog inclusion does not imply affiliation or a general license to redistribute those documents.

A document request is reviewed according to distribution rights and intended use. An approval applies to the specified item for the period stated in the receipt, may be withdrawn, and does not grant redistribution rights or blanket Pro access. Existing memberships or individual entitlements follow the access recorded for that account. New paid memberships are currently unavailable.

Stock inquiries

A displayed stock quantity or reference price is time-sensitive. Submitting an inquiry records your requirements; it does not reserve stock or confirm an order. Availability, batch, minimum quantity, currency, tax, freight and delivery terms require confirmation in the formal quotation. Do not send payment based only on a catalog page or automated receipt.

Corrections and service questions

If a file appears incorrectly attributed, a parameter conflicts with its source, or access does not match your account entitlement, contact the site operator with the relevant record and receipt. Site information and availability may change as records are reviewed and maintained. This page describes the website service; any separately agreed procurement or licensing terms should be reviewed before proceeding.
